I had a recent experience with C2c - close to consumer and I must say it was disappointing. The product I received was not up to the mark and the customer service was not helpful in resolving the issue. It took multiple attempts to get a response from them, and even then, the solution was not satisfactory. I expected better from a company like close2consumer.com.br.
