I recently had a not so great experience with Dron & Dickson. The product I purchased arrived damaged and it took a lot of back and forth with their customer service to get a replacement. The process was frustrating and time-consuming. However, they eventually resolved the issue and sent me a new product. The replacement is working fine so far.
