When I was looking to change jobs, I reached out to Minerva Taylor of Taylor Hodson because another friend of mine had worked with her successfully and loved her.

Since then, I would say Taylor Hodson is the most responsive of all the headhunters I have ever met with. So many times I had unreturned calls, questions or emails left unanswered by other head hunting firms, but with Taylor Hodson, I was never left in the dark.

Minerva tells you like it is, she won't sugar coat anything for you, but you know what? It made me a better interviewer and better candidate. The first time I ever met with her, I was a little taken aback by what I thought was "harsh" but now I look back on that and know she was only prepping me to nail the interview she was sending me on.

I have been sent on a few interviews by Minerva and I was always impressed with the caliber of companies she was working with. In fact, back in April she placed me with an amazing investment bank. I'm not an easy candidate, I have a million questions and I'm very impatient, and Minerva was great with me all the way though. She prepped me for my interview, made sure I was ready to go, and was always sure to answer my questions and provide quick company feedback.

I wound up getting the job and leaving my old job for this new one. Minerva walked me through how to quit properly and what sort of paperwork I needed, she negotiated my offer letter, start date and salary, making the whole experience extremely easy for me and I felt very comfortable the whole time. She really will fight for you.

Once I was in the new seat, I was unsure if I liked it, and Minerva spent a few evenings on the phone with me, talking me through all issues. She wanted me to be happy in the new role, she cares about the person, not just the check for placing me there.

Turns out, I LOVE the new job and firm, just like she said I would. I went in there miserable in my old job and she listened and got me the exact job I wanted. I cannot recommend Taylor Hodson highly enough.

I'm surprised by the other reviews, because I have sent friends and even my husband to Minerva in the past and she has always been very responsive and helpful. I would use and recommend her over everyone else out there.
