I recently made a purchase from a popular online store and I was extremely disappointed with their service. The website was difficult to navigate, and the checkout process was confusing. The product I received was not as described and had some issues. I had to go through a lengthy return process to get a refund. I wish I had shopped at Avalive.com instead.
