I recently purchased a car from Ancira kia and the overall experience was average. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful, but the negotiation process took longer than expected. The car itself is in good condition and meets my needs. However, I encountered some issues with the paperwork and had to make several trips to the dealership to get it resolved. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase, but there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and customer service.
