I had a very average experience with Shriniwas Engineering Auto Components Pvt. Ltd. The quality of their products was satisfactory, but I found their customer service to be below par. The staff was not very knowledgeable and it took a long time to get a response to my queries. Overall, I wouldn't say they are great, but they are also not terrible.
