I have been using Coldex logistics for my business deliveries for a few months now and I must say they have been doing an average job. The pickup and delivery process is smooth but the timings are not always accurate. However, their rates are reasonable and the customer service is good. I would suggest some improvements in terms of reliability and on-time deliveries. Overall, an average experience.
