I was really excited to use a local company, but in the end mostly felt frustrated by my experience with this company. They seem to know printing and are able to produce a reasonable quality product, but they are very disorganized. I called a few times for quotes and kept getting transferred to someone's cell phone who wasn't at work and so couldn't help me. I was promised a quote and it never came for multiple projects, the one quote they did produce took a very long time. I ended up finding a different printing company who was able to get me quotes in a matter of minutes or hours instead of days. I had one project that they did print for me but it took weeks. Apparently there was something wrong with my document but no one bothered to tell me. After multiple emails and phone calls, someone finally told me and we cleared up the issue. This company delivers, which is nice, but I was in a hurry and needed the document ASAP. After calling the company multiple times to make sure the document was going to get printed, I offered to pick up the document to speed up the process. They assured me that they would have it to me quickly. I believe it finally got dropped off 2 days later. It was not a complicated project. In that amount of time I had different, more complicated project quoted, produced, and I picked up, from a different company.
