As a long time customer of Wolf and Sub-Zero Service, I must say that their service has been consistently average. While they do a decent job in repairing my appliances, they often lack attention to detail and promptness. The technicians are knowledgeable, but their attitude towards customers could be better. Overall, I would say the service is okay, nothing exceptional.
