II will be suing they are harassing and disrespectful wouldn't even speak to me about the case I also want to know how this so call lawyer/collection agency has put the same collection on both mine and my exes credit report, many if the lawyers did their jobs then the so called wanna be paralegals
Wouldn't be so hateful I will be reporting this to the BBB and the Florida Bar Association, remember even if u owe money u can sue them for every call after u tell them the first time don't call me again, words of advice before dealing with any collection agency tell them to mail it to u and when u get it send them $1 by Florida law they have to take it off your credit report if they do not dispute it and they'll be forced to take it off that dollar show you are trying to pay what u can they cannot say I'm holding this till paid In full if they try that contact a lawyer asap
