I had a mixed experience with Brand roots. Some aspects of their service were great, while others were not up to par. Overall, I would rate them as average. The website was easy to navigate and I found the products I was looking for without any issues. However, the shipping took longer than expected and the customer service was not very helpful. I had to reach out multiple times to get a response. The quality of the products was good though, so that was a plus. Overall, I would say they have room for improvement.
