I had a mixed experience with Face as a CUSTOMER. The design work they did was impressive, but I faced some communication issues along the way. It took longer than expected to get updates and responses. However, once we resolved the communication problems, they were able to deliver a great end product. Overall, I would recommend Face for their design skills, but they need to work on their communication.
