I'm really impressed with the Santosbikes team. They provided excellent assistance throughout my purchasing journey. The bike arrived in perfect condition, and I couldn't be happier with its performance. The only thing I would suggest is to improve the packaging since it was slightly damaged upon delivery. Nonetheless, I highly recommend Santosbikes for their great products and service.
