I recently purchased a piece of lab equipment from Biobase and I have mixed feelings about it. While the equipment itself is of decent quality and performs reasonably well, I had some issues with the delivery process. The package arrived later than expected and the customer support was not very helpful in resolving the issue. However, once I received the equipment, it worked fine and met my requirements.
