I had an overall average experience with Ampersand media. Their website ampersandri.com is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. I was also disappointed with the quality of their products. They seemed cheaply made and not worth the price. Despite these issues, I appreciate that they offer a wide range of products and have a good selection to choose from.
