I have been a customer of Intercom pty ltd for the past year and I must say their services are average. The customer support is responsive and helpful, but the overall product could use some improvement. The website is easy to navigate and the pricing is reasonable. However, there are some drawbacks such as limited customization options and occasional glitches. I believe with some enhancements, Intercom pty ltd can become a great company in the future.
