I have been a customer of Magnolia Electric Power Association for several years now and I must say that their service has been consistently average. While they do provide reliable electricity, I have encountered a few issues with their customer support. Sometimes it takes a long time for them to respond to my queries, which can be frustrating. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
