Hello, I am very disappointed that you charged my account when I canceled with your company is late September. I am sure I canceled the policies I had with you because your representative mislead our staff while telling us this company was endorsed by the district. The policies I had were supposed be canceled in September. All of a sudden I was charged today April 2nd, 2020 for the second policy. This is unethical and morally disgusting that a company would do this. I called and asked to speak to a manager. Guess what, nobody has called me back. This company is a scam!
