I had a so-so experience working with SentrySite. While their web development skills are good, there were some communication issues that hindered the process. There were delays in getting responses to my queries, and at times, I felt like my feedback was not fully understood. However, they did manage to deliver a functional website in the end. It was an average experience overall.
