I recently went to Beyond Rest, and it was a decent experience overall. The ambiance was relaxing, and the staff were polite. The sensory deprivation tank was an interesting concept, but I didn't find it particularly life-changing. It was a unique experience nonetheless, and I appreciated the opportunity to unwind and relax.
