During my recent trip organized by a certain tour operator, the overall experience was average. The tour guide was knowledgeable, but the itinerary felt rushed at times. The accommodations provided were comfortable, but the staff was not very friendly. Overall, there is room for improvement, but I would still consider recommending this tour operator.
