I had a mixed experience with Holy Lnd Of Jerusalem Travelng. While the tour guide was excellent and the itinerary was well-planned, the transportation arrangements were not up to the mark. The vehicles used were uncomfortable, and the drivers were sometimes late. Nonetheless, the tour guide's knowledge and expertise made up for the shortcomings.
