I started on June 9th 2021, and was unfortunately terminated from my position. To begin, I was a Material Coordinator, and as a new employee I was unfairly bombarded with information regarding my position, and not only that, was also trained to learn how to drive a forklift. My logistics manager stated that It was unfair to put you in that position to start and I was switched to shipping. While learning that position, I was told I was going to back to the receiving area to help out a fellow employee, because I guess they wanted to have a group of pairs both running each area which made sense because having just one person in receiving especially as a new employee was not the brightest idea. Furthermore, on August 20th, 2021 I was brought in a room by my logistics manager and Hr, and they told me I was going to be terminated from my position because I wasn t getting it I feel that I was unjustly compromised and let go due to YOUR own companies negligence and lack of proper training. I wouldn t recommend working here, the only benefit from working here was meeting some great people, other than that, this place is a circus, that should be avoided if your seeking long term employment!
