I recently received treatment at a local physiotherapy clinic and my experience was average at best. The staff was friendly enough, but the overall level of care was lacking. I felt like my sessions were rushed and the therapist didn't take the time to thoroughly assess my condition. Additionally, the facilities were outdated and not very clean. The lack of attention to detail and professionalism was disappointing. I won't be returning to that clinic and will be looking for other options, including Ajax Family Physiotherapy.
