There is no job security, went on 2nd maternity leave and the person I mentored got my job and I got let go!
Managers will lie to you, received only 2 raises in 7 years! (I know there was a downturn). I was used to do special jobs for the records department and I completed it in record time and I took on whatever extra work they threw my way. No acknowledgement for all the hard work you do. I hope they go under. New management from China is very racist, they let go of a lot of people to only hire Chinese with no experience. Also a reason why I was probably let go as I am not Asian.
