Chas needs ALOT of improvement. They are a billing machine that uses medical staff at times that are not making inquiries of patients. I believe they make mistakes a lot because they re not willing to do real medicine their main focus is money not the patient. I was given a medication that can drastically affect how your body works. Then I was given a prescription increase. Fortunately I spoke to a very talented trainer. He works with sports physiology and he knows a lot of how the body works I ve also decided to consult with naturopathic physicians because they understand diet and how food is medicine and what is the best diet to compensate when you have health problems. To make a long story short the medication that I was given causes other rather drastic side effects and problems if you know that going ahead then you can make a decision about the medication sometimes you have to take it short term until you heal your body enough to get off of it. Taking more of a medication that causes side effects will increase the side effects and then the doctor Who lacks integrity and maybe ability ...starts treating the side effects rather than the initial problem this is basically Western Medicine in a nutshell. Why would anybody do this when really understanding what you re doing can help the patient make good decisions and help them improve their health? I ll tell you why Because taking medications that cause side effects that you re not informed of about means you continually go back to that same medical system for other treatments. These other treatments and medications lead to more treatments so it s a never ending cycle and a downward spiral for the patient in fact many of the treatments are probably unnecessary. Chas health reports itself to be a community health system well community and implies honesty and integrity. What we should do is paying medical systems to keep people healthy rather than sick for repeated billing experiences. No medical person this includes nurse practitioners or doctors has ever said anything about side effects from the medications that I m taking not one peep now that I ve had a person that understands physiology isn t that what you go to medical school and nursing school for? Then you can begin the process to make good decisions that will lead to outcomes that are actually supportive of wellness and health rather than ones that lead to billing experiences. Many patients do not do research they are trapped in the system and they are sick and trying to find answers going to the wrong source. Doctors of yesteryear used to talk about medications and side effects and how to compensate or how to make better choices or how to work with the medication to make it work for you until you are healed not at Chas.
What a disappointment to be in the medical profession and keep people sick and even lead to their death. I have repeatedly asked for help and moreover I have asked questions that they are not willing or cannot answer this is the Chas ego. The inability to say I don t know.
And what they should add is I don t care because all I care about is making money.
I am posting this because feel free to email me at protect yourself from fraud@gmail.com it s all one word. In order to change the medical system we have to start demanding accountability and we have to start demanding that doctors inform their patients about side effects from medications offer alternatives and admit they don t know.
I recently had a friend tell me that he was put on a medication that has permanently damaged his heart he was not informed of the risks and now he s working on repairing that damage and trying to function. This is why you have to start demanding more accountability from the profession. I have yet to have a meaningful conversation with this community health organization that deals with accountability it s all smoke and mirrors. If we want to change our health and the health care of America that we need to change the model.
