I would not recommend this party. We had Aemstelle carry out a valuation on our apartment. The report was very short through the curve and sloppy. We then asked a second opinion for another party. That report was complete and also the valuated value was much higher. Even after we had confronted Aemstelle with this, she did not want to admit that they had done a bad job. Unfortunately!
