I have been a resident of Sunrise Bay Homeowners Association for over 5 years now and I must say that the experience has been average. The community is well-maintained and the amenities provided are decent, but there are certain areas that could be improved. The communication between the management and the residents is lacking and there have been instances where important information was not shared in a timely manner. Overall, it's an okay place to live.
