I went in to look at a particular used vehicle and was immediately ambushed buy an incoherent salesman, explained my circumstance to him and how much I was willing to spend and it was as if he never heard me he just kept walking around the lot aimlessly trying to put me into cars that I had absolutely no interest in. Ask about running my credit and I told him only one time and that's it I did not want it ran through multiple Banks and he promised that he would not, he ran at one time and again we could not come to an agreement on any vehicles therefore I said I did not want to purchase one and we parted ways nearly two weeks later they ran my credit again multiple times without my permission no phone calls no signature no nothing their excuse was we wanted to get you in the car that you wanted even though I went there looking for a used Ford pickup truck I never got to see the vehicle I went to look for and I never gave them permission to run my credit again let alone two weeks later. They told me that they would take care of it if I had the credit companies or the facilities that they contacted contact them and they would say they did it accidentally even though the actuality is they did it on purpose very knowingly very intentionally. long story short I have been jumping through hoops ever since then nobody at their facility is willing to sign or write on anything stating that they did this even on an accident my only option now is do take more time out of my day and $15 out of my pocket to hire a company to dispute it for me. I would not recommend sun Toyota do anybody for any reason oh, there may be some good people within there's facility but I could tell you that everyone I have encountered did not know their jobs they did not listen to my request and they do not in any way shape or form take care of their mistakes! I purchased a sequoia through them years ago and paid cash I expected to be treated with a little bit of respect when I went in and as I said it says if they never listen to a word I said oh, I have all correspondence with them I kept record of everything including my request for no more credit checks but they still proceeded 2 weeks after I left there, I give them a big fat 0 Stars. They lack professionalism and knowledge in the car industry and all they care about is selling new cars not keeping their customers happy!
