Lack of communication/progress
We had an initial visit in February re a damp problem. We were advised to initiate an insurance claim, and to provide information about the construction of our home, which we did to the best of our ability. We completed the mandatory 3 month radon test, gave them the results then….nothing! No report to show scope of work required (as promised as part of our initial payment), no contact, no returning our calls, nothing! Except, after our last email request for an update or a refund, a refund appeared in our bank account. No explanation given. All this time our insurers have been patiently awaiting updates, to find that we are no further forward with the problem after 6 months. To say we are upset and disappointed with Protectahome’s service is an understatement
