I recently purchased a TV from this company. 😕 Although the picture quality is good, I faced some issues with the sound. The customer service was helpful in resolving the problem, but it took a while to get it sorted out. The website layout is easy to navigate, but I wish there were more detailed product descriptions. Overall, my experience was just okay. 😐
