I had a mixed experience with Captainfarmer. While their products are of good quality, I found their customer service to be lacking. The website was easy to navigate and I had no issues placing my order. However, when I had a question about my shipment, it took them several days to respond to my email. Overall, I would rate my experience with Captainfarmer as average.
