Working with Michele Putnam, PA was an okay experience overall. The team was responsive and helpful, but I expected better results. The communication could have been clearer, and there were a few hiccups along the way. Nevertheless, they did their best to resolve any issues that arose. I appreciate their effort but feel there is room for improvement.
