The Stitched Owl is an average company. The quality of their products is satisfactory but nothing outstanding. The customer service is decent as well. However, there are several areas where they can improve. Firstly, they need to work on their shipping process as it took quite a while for my order to arrive. Secondly, their website could use some enhancements to make it more user-friendly. Overall, I would say that they are an okay company to purchase from, but there are definitely better options out there.
