Fire-Mak Inc. is an average company. The quality of their products is decent, but nothing extraordinary. I have been a customer for a couple of years now, and while I haven't had any major issues with their products, I also haven't been particularly impressed. The customer service is alright, but sometimes it takes a while to get a response. Overall, I would say they are just okay.
