I took my wifes van in for an oil change. The service writer did not have much personality but was fast and efficient. I was called in a reasonable amount of time with the service complete. I was surprised that they did not wash the vehicle as usual but everything else seems fine. Later in the day I received a text from the dealership asking me to fill out a customer survey which I did. Much to my surprise I got a follow-up from them apologizing for not washing the van and attaching a voucher for a free car wash at a nearby car wash.
