Micro Enterprise Services of Oregon is a 501(c)3 non-profit. Our mission is to improve the economic opportunities of underserved individuals through empowerment, education, and entrepreneurship for the benefit of the greater community .

Since its inception MESO has supported businesses with a diversity in trade and color. MESO s uniqueness in business development is based on the philosophy of customizing support to meet the needs of the business. We recognize the complex and multi-level problems experienced by entrepreneurs and offer support services in an integrated manner. MESO brings a holistic array of services and programs to small businesses. Services include Access to Capital, Business Planning, Market Research, Individual Development Accounts, Bookkeeping, Classes, Networking, Mentoring, and community linkages to Resources.
