One terrible experience I had was that these guys apparently don't know the value of time. So for the first interview I was scheduled at 6 PM, it started at 6:20 and everyone is shamelessly smiling not even bothered that it's something to be ashamed of.

Second interview, again scheduled for 6 PM, starts at 6:50. I asked them multiple times during these 50 minutes to reschedule it if there is some bad planning.. but no..

And then the senior administration ends up asking the EXACT same questions that they asked in the first interview. Really reading from paper.. this is bad.

So watch out if you value your time.
