This dealership caused me lots of headache from the very beginning. They sold me wrong parts to start with and didn't even do proper reprogramming on my swapped transmission. Had to take it to another dealership to do the programming. They are just bunch of uneducated people in the wrong business especially parts "specialists". As a person involved in automotive industry I would never expect such a low quality of service as well as lack of knowledge from hi-end dealership like this. Highly recommend dealing with another dealership. Guess what, they did not even apologize for their mistakes. That is low! No more Heritage Valley Mercedes for me and our dealership!
