Our experience with Alter Ego Costume Design Rental was average. The costumes were of decent quality, but the prices were a bit steep for what we received. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the selection was limited. Overall, it was an okay experience. I would consider renting from them again if I couldn't find what I needed elsewhere.
