We hired a trolley for our wedding last month. The driver was on time (actually he was over an hour early), but he had absolutely no idea where to go after that. He had map quest printed out but never looked at it. We had to give him turn by turn directions and he kept complaining that he didn't know where to go because he only drives in the city (we were in the suburbs). He ended up going the complete wrong direction when we failed to notice he didn't turn and we had to turn around and head back. We gave the company all of the address in advance but he did not seem to do his research. It was a very stressful experience and I would not recommend them, especially for the price we paid.

Also, beware these trolleys have no AC!!
