The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet was great! However the staff could use some work. The front desk was snarky and rude. The waitress who helped us during breakfast should be at the front desk, she was amazing (wish I would ve gotten her name). The lady in the store who made coffee was worse than the front desk. It seemed like she really hated her job. Even the room service lady who didn t speak English was more helpful than anyone sitting at a desk in the lobby, at least she had a smile on her face and tried to help.
