I had rented a car from Melody Bus and Car Rental LLC during my trip to the city. The experience was overall good but I felt the customer service could have been better. The car was clean and well-maintained, but the staff seemed a bit indifferent. The process of picking up and returning the car was smooth. I would consider renting from them again, but hope for a better customer service experience next time.
