I had a mixed experience with The travel experience oy. Some aspects of their service were good, while others were not up to par. The website was easy to navigate and find information on different travel packages. However, I found the customer service to be lacking in responsiveness. Overall, my experience was average and I would consider trying a different company for my next trip.
