Review of The Westin Edina Galleria

I used to love this hotel, but my most recent stay...

I used to love this hotel, but my most recent stay was less than stellar. Staff was cold; not rude, but not welcoming as one would expect from a hotel. I found my room smelled kind of like stale/stinky water... like there had been water issues that weren t dried fully (not a mold or musk smell though). The restaurant is only okay as well. I prefer other dining options in the Galleria. The location is great! You re close to the boutique shopping and restaurant on France Ave and attached to the Galleria, which includes great stores like RH, Tory Burch LV, Tiffany and David Yurman to name only a few. I have stayed on the club level, and it is also only okay the other Westins I ve stayed had much nicer rooms and better food offerings. However, a few changes and this place would be back up to snuff, as I used very much enjoy staying here.
