I recently purchased some products from vinylume.com. The experience was satisfactory overall. However, the delivery took longer than expected, and I had to follow up with their customer support multiple times. The product quality was decent, but I think there is room for improvement. I hope Vinylume can work on these areas to enhance customer satisfaction.
