Girls on the Run of Central Ohio is a wonderful organization that empowers young girls and teaches them important life skills through running. I have volunteered with them for several years and have seen the positive impact they have on these girls' lives. The staff and coaches are dedicated and passionate about their work, and it truly shows. It is amazing to see the girls grow in confidence and self-esteem as they train for and complete their first 5k race. I highly recommend supporting this organization and getting involved in any way you can.
