I had an average experience with Valencia Realty Capital. The process of working with them was smooth overall, but I felt that they lacked attention to detail in some aspects. The communication could have been better, as there were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. However, they did manage to get the job done and achieve the results I was looking for. If they improve their attention to detail and communication, they could be a great company to work with.
