Eagle Quest is a decent company to work for. The employee's are very passionate about their jobs in helping the clients. This is a job that can be very intense but you have members of a team always willing to help each other. If I ever became a foster parent I would definitely want eagle quest to be the entity to help me. They give invaluable amounts of training and are not "9-5" caregivers. Assistance can be given 24hrs by calling. Even as a staff there are supervisors that answer calls regardless of days,times and vacations. Alot of people are selfless in making sure every client and foster parent does not feel alone during any circumstance.
