I have visited the Barnes on many occasions and I always enjoyed using the audioguide. When I visited in June, there was no longer an audioguide but instead you could download an app for the Barnes which had very limited info on it. When I took a friend with me yesterday, I couldn't believe that there is no longer even an app. I was told that there would be docents that could answer your questions. Very limited docents and they only answered the questions you asked. So if you are looking to learn about the artists and their paintings, you will not find it on a visit to the Barnes.
